As digital tickets can only be retrieved via our Wallet app, you will first need to ensure you have this downloaded and are logged in with your See Tickets user account credentials. Once you have done this and received confirmation of your purchase, your order should appear automatically in your Wallet.
For some events, digital tickets are released closer to the date of the show. This means you might not be able to view your digital tickets straight away. If you still can’t view your digital tickets in the app 72 hours before the date of the event, please get in touch with us here.
Your seller will keep you updated with the latest information regarding the event – if you have any doubts, you can get in touch with them via the Messages tab under the Resales area of your account.
