The event I have sold tickets for has been postponed/rescheduled

If the event has been postponed or rescheduled, it is your responsibility to forward to your buyer the latest event information and any emails sent to you in relation regards to the event being significantly changed. 

 

As the tickets belong to your buyer, they are entitled to either refund or keep their order and attend the rescheduled event or request a refund directly through See.

 

Should the buyer decide to attend the rescheduled date, you will receive payment 5 after the new date, in line with the terms and conditions agreed to at the time of listing.

 

If the buyer opts for a refund, the sale will the be withdrawn and tickets will go back on sale on Fan to Fan, you will then have the option to request a refund or keep the tickets for yourself.
