When do I get paid for my tickets?

If your buyer does not raise any disputes, your payment will be processed 5 days after the event. Please note, this can then take 5 working days to clear into your account.

 

If your buyer has raised a claim for any reason, the payment will be blocked until the issue is resolved - in which case we will be in touch with you regarding any information we may need to deal with the claim.
