How can I find the buyer’s email address?

Once your listing has sold, we will send you an email confirmation of sale containing all the steps to follow to forward the tickets to your buyer. You can View order details on the Resales tab of your account to find the email address provided by your buyer. When forwarding your E-ticket(s) to your buyer you will also need to copy in FanToFanSales@seetickets.com as proof of sending. This information can be used to help resolve any disputes raised regarding ticket delivery.

 

If you have any issues regarding these details, you can get in touch with your buyer using the Messages tab of your account.
