I have sold tickets for an event that has significantly changed, can I get a refund?

Once sold, the tickets no longer belong to you but to your buyer. You must honour the sale, even when the event has been postponed or rescheduled. 

 

You cannot request a refund on your order unless your buyer has done so first. Once the buyer has been refunded, the sale is withdrawn and you will then be given the opportunity to request a refund. 

 

It is important to remember that you are not entitled to a refund unless until the sale has first been withdrawn by the buyer, through See.

 

Should the buyer decide to attend the rescheduled date, you will receive payment 5 days after the new date, in line with the terms and conditions agreed to at the time of listing.
