If your card details have changed, please ensure you update the payment method linked to your listing online. You can do so by heading to the 'Resales tab' in your account and selecting ‘Edit listing’ on the order you wish to update.
You will then be directed to the payment information with ‘Pay to a Debit Card’ already selected. Underneath this you can select the option to add a new card. Enter your new details and select ‘Add Payment’
Please note – you will need to do this for each individual listing you want to update.
