Where are my tickets?

The ticket contains an animated image and can only be presented from within the app. Screenshots will not gain you entry to the event. 

 

To access your tickets via the app, you will need to have a registered account with See Tickets. Please follow this guide below containing simple step by step instructions:

Please note the email address used for your account must also match the email address on your order in order to be able to import your ticket/s.

 

To guarantee a smooth entry to the event please upload your tickets to the app in advance, and ensure that you have the newest version of the app.

If you are having problems uploading your tickets please check the following:

 

Ensure that you have downloaded the See Tickets Wallet mobile app and not the See Tickets Box office USA mobile app.

 

Check that you are using the same email address associated with your See Tickets account. This may vary from the email address you used to place the order/send the confirmation email to. If your account is linked to Facebook/Spotify and you are unsure of the email address linked to your See account then please contact us.
