– Accessible viewing areas – Capacity is limited and at busy times those able to stand may be asked to make way for those unable to
– Wheelchair charging
– Refrigerated medicine storage
– 24-hour Medical & Welfare Centre
– Accessible Toilets – Located across the festival
– Accessible Shower Rooms – Located within the accessible campsite.

For additional services please click here and complete the form. Applications will close on Friday 3 June 2022. Once Black Deer Festival Ltd has received your completed application form, we will process your application within 14 days. Emails will be responded to within 72hrs.

Assistance Dogs are welcome onsite. Unfortunately, we do not have BSL / Sign Language interpreters at the festival.
