Welcome to the Support Centre

Can I book a carer ticket?

Personal Assistant tickets are only issued one per full price paying adult ticket. Carer tickets can be booked online here.

Tickets will be issued where a disabled customer requires a significant amount of support from another person to attend the event. This support must be beyond what can reasonably be expected to be provided by friends and family already in attendance with you. Proof of entitlement must be provided at the entrance before a carer is allowed into the show.

No under 17’s are permitted on site unless accompanied by an adult. Where relevant, under 17’s with disability and relevant proof of entitlement will receive free access when accompanied by an adult who must be in possession of a standard adult ticket.

Proof of entitlement accepted will be one of the following;

– Entitlement to Disability Living Allowance for children under 16 or DLA/Personal Independent Payments (PIP) for those aged 16-64, either in the form of a letter stating that the benefit has been awarded, or the actual Allowance book.
– Attendance Allowance or Carer’s Allowance letter of award
– Incapacity Benefit books, or a letter notifying the recipient that the benefit has been awarded Incapacity Benefit or Employment and Support Allowance (ESA)
– A valid Blue Badge
– In the case of visual impairment, a registration card known as the BD8 or a Certificate of Visual Impairment (CVI)
– A local authority registration document which is local to the attraction where it is being submitted
– A recognised Assistance Dog ID Card
– Credibility’s Access Card
