Can I hire a wheelchair?

If you would like to reserve a scooter or wheelchair, please could you provide the following information in order for us to process the booking for you:

  • Name of the hirer
  • Mobile Phone Number
  • Name of the event you're attending
  • Date of the event
  • Estimated time of arrival (If after 11am)
  • Equipment required (Mobility Scooter or Manual Wheelchair)


Mobility Scooter - £15 per hire/day (16 yrs+)

Manual Wheelchair - £5 per hire/day (Free to blue badge holders)  


Please note: Mobility equipment hire is only available during show open times and we only accept payment by card for any equipment hired which must be paid on the day, pre-payment of hire is not available. All mobility equipment will be available for collection from 15 minutes prior to the start of the show.


We would strongly advise visitors to pre-book equipment to avoid disappointment, as any remaining stock which has not been pre-booked will be issued on a first come, first served basis on the day of event.


Due to expected high demand for mobility equipment on this show, we recommend you provide the requested information as soon as possible in order to secure a booking.
