Please note you can only arrive 15 minutes before your trail start time at Christmas at Kew.

 

Your trail starts immediately from having your ticket scanned on entrance. You must start your trail within 15 minutes of the time stated on your ticket.

 

Christmas at Kew is open 4.20pm to 10pm and you choose a time slot for entry (last entry 8pm*). 

 

Entrance will be via Victoria Gate, Elizabeth Gate, and Brentford Gate, depending on your ticket selection.

 

*24 December 2023: last entry 7.20pm.
