If you feel unwell before your visit, please get in touch with us as soon as possible on frieze.seetickets.com/customerservice before your visit. Guests are reminded that by purchasing a ticket to the fair they agree that they are not to attend or travel to the fair should any of the following be applicable:

 

• They are presently experiencing any known symptoms of COVID-19 including; a fever (temperature above 38 degrees Celsius), chills, repeated shaking with chills, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, a new and continuous cough, sore throat, muscle pain, headache, new loss of taste or smell, nausea, vomiting or diarrhea.

 

• They have had close contact (more than 15 minutes / under 2m distance) with someone who was exhibiting COVID-19 or flu-like symptoms, was recently diagnosed with or tested positive for COVID-19, or was under self-quarantine due to exposure or potential exposure to COVID-19  

 

• They have been directed to self-isolate by a public health authority any time in the past 14 days  

 

No refunds will be issued for no-shows if we haven't been notified in advance.
