Hampton Court Palace is a historic building and has many uneven surfaces and difficult staircases. The palace recommends that wheelchair users bring their own wheelchairs for comfort and ease. Due to the coronavirus, they are currently unable to provide wheelchairs and mobility scooters safely.
There are nine disabled parking bays available at the Hampton Court Palace Festive Fayre. Parking on site is free for Blue Badge holders.
Guide, assistance and hearing dogs are admitted into the fayre.
