Yes, the ice rinks are accessible for wheelchair users. 

 

For visitors who require the assistance of a carer at the rink, free carer tickets are available and can be selected at the time of booking.

 

Proof of disability will be requested at the point of booking in order to obtain your tickets - please have this available to upload when placing your order.

 

To help us ensure that these tickets are made available to those with these genuine needs, please upload a copy of one of the following.

 

• Copy of DLA, PIP or Adult Disability Payment entitlement letter
• Evidence of registered severely sight impaired (blind)
• CredAbility Access Card (with +1 icon)
• Copy of Attendance Allowance letter
• Recognised Assistance Dog ID card
