This year, you must book your tickets in advance to keep everyone safe. Follow these 3 easy steps, and once you’re inside the event you can stay as long as you like!

 

1) Choose your date. Just choose a date between 17 November 2023 and 1 January 2024.

 

2) Choose your Entry Time. Entry is free during off-peak periods and costs £5 or £7.50 for peak hours. Once you are in, you can stay as long as you like. If you spend £25 on any of our attractions, rides or games online and in advance, your entrance ticket will become free when booked in the same transaction.

 

3) Add shows, rides and games. It's really cool to build your own experience and make the merry most of your visit. (Attraction tickets, ride tickets and game tokens can also be purchased onsite).
