You are no longer required to enter your Membership number to obtain your free/discounted tickets. You simply need to show your Membership ID on the day of your visit. Please note you will not be granted entry with Kew Member tickets if you cannot show proof of membership.
We’re sorry, but if you don’t have a time slot (even if you’re a member) you will be turned away. If you are trying to book for multiple members, you will need to book these individually. Time slots are subject to availability. If it states there are no tickets available for your chosen time/date, we hope that you are able to find another time suitable to visit.
