We work closely with the local community and do consultations regarding road closures, noise, as well as other topics, in the run up to the event where we welcome as many people to join as possible. Glynde residents experience the biggest impact of the event due to the immediate proximity to the event location, but we appreciate the event’s impact can extend beyond this. For local residents who live outside of Glynde, we make discounted tickets available at the Ram Inn pub and Lewes Tourist Information Centre. As we develop plans for next year, we will consider the points you have made and what we may be able to do to make your life easier during the festival weekend.
