Welcome to the Support Centre

Can I book a carer ticket?

Disabled access tickets are available on the standard ticket pages here.

There are two types of Accessible tickets for Nocturne Live:

Accessible Aisle Seats - For ambulant disabled guests and wheelchair users who would prefer to sit in a seat. Stewards will be able to assist with the storage of wheelchairs.

Wheelchair Area Spaces - The Wheelchair Areas are reserved for those using wheelchairs or mobility scooters and spaces are allocated on a first come, first served basis.

Both ticket types include a free Personal Assistant (PA) ticket.

Access Tickets are only available to those with eligible accessible requirements. After you have purchased an Access Ticket, See Tickets will ask you to supply one of the following forms of supporting documentation:

  • Front page of PIP
  • Front page of DLA
  • Deaf or Blind Registration
  • CredAbility Access Card

Other forms of documentation will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

If you have not booked a wheelchair area ticket we cannot guarantee that there will be space on the platforms, but when you arrive you can speak to stewards and they will do their best to accommodate your need to sit in the designated viewing area. If you have are attending in a wheelchair but would prefer to sit in your assigned seat please speak with stewards upon arrival for assistance storing your wheelchair.
