Welcome to the Support Centre

Superbloom update for September Ticket Holders.

Superbloom only

As you booked to visit in September, you now have a choice. You can amend your booking to visit in August instead or request a refund.

We apologise for any inconvenience caused. Mother nature has been our chief collaborator on this project, but she can sometimes be unpredictable! Superbloom is just the first stage of our plan to transform the Tower's historic moat into a thriving new natural landscape and everything we've learned this year will help us develop our future plans.

Visit in August.

Request a refund.

OPTION 3: DO NOTHING AND VISIT ANYWAY

If you choose not to claim your refund for the Superbloom element of your ticket, you need to do nothing - your existing ticket for the Tower of London will still be valid

Late opening time slot

We have taken the difficult decision to cancel all late opening time slots to the moat in September. In addition, we will be granting access to the moat during the day time, free of charge.

As you have booked on a late slot this September we need you to cancel your booking and request a refund here. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause. Please see below for details.

Can I still visit the Moat in September?

Yes you can still visit as planned and enjoy a walk through the moat to see the legacy of the display for free. The sculptures and soundscapes will remain in place and it remains a wonderful opportunity to see the Tower's ancient walls from a different perspective.

Please do bear in mind though that we expect many of the flowers to be past their best by September. The seed heads will be left standing until the autumn to attract seed-eating birds and to help fulfil our long term ambition of transforming the moat into a biodiverse habitat and haven for wildlife.
