Can I book a carer ticket?

Terrible Thames customers with access requirements will be able to purchase a full price ticket for any cruise, subject to availability. One additional carer/companion ticket will be made available free of charge, subject to availability. Please note both guests must have a valid ticket for entry. Any additional tickets required will be chargeable at the standard admission rate.

You can obtain a carer ticket on the main ticket page here; after you select the date and time you want, scroll down and select the ACCESS RATE ticket which automatically includes a free essential companion ticket.
