How do I book tickets for Wakehurst?

To ensure safety and reduce queues, we strongly encourage you to pre-book before visiting Wakehurst, although it is not a requirement.

Book tickets here

On arrival you will need to present:

  • Your membership card, or email confirmation of membership if you have one.

  • Your time slot ticket, if you have one (either on a phone or print out).

  • If you have booked with a voucher then please ensure you bring this with you.

  • Concessions may need to provide ID.

  • If you have a pre-booked ticket, you will have 30 minutes from your chosen time slot to enter Wakehurst.

  • Bicycles, tricycles, roller skates, skateboards, micro-scooters, balance bikes and other vehicles (except powered wheelchairs) must be left at the gate.

  • We encourage you to check in via the NHS QR code posters available at our entrance gates for those using the NHS COVID-19 app.

Please maintain social distancing and don’t arrive earlier than your time slot.
