I haven't received my tickets, can I still list tickets on Fan to Fan?

Yes, that is not a problem. The buyer will be aware that in some cases, tickets are not issued until a week before the event.


If you have E tickets you are solely responsible for forwarding your tickets on to the buyer as soon as they become available. Failure to provide the buyer with ticket(s) within a reasonable timeframe will result in no funds being issued for the sale. You can keep the buyer updated via the messaging tool.


If you have Digital tickets, they will automatically be transferred to the buyers wallet; you do not need to do anything to facilitate this.
