Where are my tickets?

If you selected postal tickets these will be sent to you as soon as possible but may not be received until the week of the event. Once your order has been despatched you will be notified via email. If you do not receive your tickets two working days before the event please track your order and click REQUEST REPLACEMENT TICKET, if this button does not appear please contact our customer service team via the contact form which can be found at the bottom of the page.

 

If you selected print-at-home tickets these will be emailed to you nearer the time of the event. If the tickets are not received a week before the event you can either request for your tickets to be resent to you or download your tickets from our website by tracking your order.
