All our Glow Wild tickets are flexible this year. We have introduced a new policy which allows you to swap or upgrade your tickets up to 7 days before your event date. However, if you seek an added layer of protection, Refund Protection from TicketPlan is available as a paid option. This Refund Protection offers coverage for unforeseen circumstances that may prevent your attendance. Even though refunds are not guaranteed, this provides you with peace of mind for your event plans.

 

It's important to note that there isn't a refund option with our Glow Wild tickets, even with the new flexible policy. As per our terms and conditions, if you want to amend your booking which requires a partial refund (i.e changing from 3 x Adults to 2 x Adults) you would need to make this change at least 7 days before your event date. Please make your choice based on your preferences and risk tolerance.
