Credit card bookers should take along the card used for the booking, whilst PayPal and Amazon customers should take official identification along with their See reference number. If you no longer have the original payment card, please take valid photo ID. The name on the ID must belong to you and match the name on the order.

Ticket holders will also need to bring photo ID and a document showing proof of Membership (where applicable) for access to the Royal Albert Hall via manned Police entry points on the day.
