My tickets have not arrived

If you selected postal tickets these will be sent to you as soon as possible but may not be received until the week of the event. Once your order has been despatched you will be notified via email. If you do not receive your tickets two working days before the event please manage your order and click Request replacement tickets, if this button does not appear please contact our customer service team via the contact form which can be found at the bottom of the page to see if this can be arranged.

 

If you have been informed that your tickets are for Box Office Collection then please take your booking reference number, the card that you booked with and another form of ID. If you no longer have the card that you booked with then please take along photo ID.
