Can you resend my confirmation email?

A confirmation email is sent to you within 20 minutes of booking. If you have not received an email, please check your spam folder.

 

Please note: During busy times it may take a few hours for this email to arrive.

 

If you are still having trouble getting your confirmation email, you can check your order has gone through by logging into our Customer Services area here and use the option on the next page to resend your confirmation email. If the email is still not being received, please ensure that your email filter settings are not blocking our email address and directing our emails to your junk folder. Within the customer service area you will also be able to update your email address if this problem persists.

 

If you are unsure of your booking reference number you can enter your email address in the Forgotten Details section here and we will send you the details of any orders linked to that email. If you have paid via PayPal, please ensure you enter the same email address linked to your PayPal account.
