If your event has been cancelled, you will receive an email to confirm this and the details of the refund. Refunds are automatically credited back to the original source of payment and will take 3-5 working days to clear.
If there are any issues refunding you, we will contact you via email.
Please contact us by tracking your order and selecting the 'Cancelled/Postponed' tab if you have not received your refund after 10 working days.
