I purchased my ticket via instalments, how do I stop further payments?

If you no longer wish to attend and would like to stop further instalment payments, please manage your order and get in touch with our team via the customer service contact form. We recommend getting in touch no later than 5 working days before the payment is due to be taken to ensure your email is picked up before the next instalment is due.
