Can I use my confirmation email for entry?

Your confirmation email cannot gain you entry. Your tickets will be available for you to collect at the box office. 

 

To collect your tickets you will need to provide the reference number and the name on the booking.

 

If you have purchased your tickets as a gift or you would like to pass them on to family and friends, then this will be perfectly fine as they will only need the name on the booking and the order reference number. We can confirm that no name changes, ID or payment card will be required to collect tickets.
