Backyard Cinema operates a strict no refund policy. However, there are various circumstances which would deem you eligible for a refund if you have opted in for TicketPlan protection when purchasing. Please find the full terms and conditions HERE.

To request a refund with TicketPlan you must either visit www.ticketplangroup.com/refund-application-form and complete an online refund application form, or write to them at TicketPlan Limited, Evolution House, New Garrison Rd, Southend-on-Sea, UK, SS3 9BF in order to request a refund application form as soon as reasonably possible after becoming aware of circumstances that may lead you to request a refund.

If you have not opted in for TicketPlan, we can look to offer you an exchange providing you give at least 7 days notice before your booked event, subject to availability.

You are welcome to pass your tickets on to a friend or family member - please just ensure that they have a copy of all communications and the E-Ticket/s required for entry. We would recommend changing the email address attached to the booking by logging in here - this way we cam ensure they receive any updates relating to the order.
