The best laid plans

 

A particularly cold and dry April has set back gardeners across the country, and our ambitious new moat project is no exception. The growth of our Superbloom seedlings is a little behind where we hoped it would be at this point, but we're working on it and willing them on!

There will still be plenty to see in June when you visit, but we're giving you the choice. We are contacting all those who have booked their tickets for the period 31 May-15 June by email to offer the following options.

 

If you've booked Superbloom-only tickets

 

1. You can choose to keep your booking and visit us between 1-15 June as planned, then from 16 June onwards, you can book a return visit free of charge. Simply select the date and time of your visit and then enter your original booking reference number into the promotion code field. This will then reveal your option to book free of charge tickets. You can book up to the same number of tickets as in your original booking.
2. If you prefer, you can simply swap the date of your original booking for another date in the future.
3. Alternatively, you can simply cancel your booking.

 

For options 2 and 3, login to your booking to swap dates or refund.

 

If you've booked combined Superbloom + Tower of London tickets

 

1. You can choose to keep your booking and visit us between 1-15 June as planned, then from 16 June onwards, you can book a return visit to Superbloom-only free of charge. Simply select the date and time of your visit and then enter your original booking reference number into the promotion code field. This will then reveal your option to book free of charge tickets for Superbloom. You can book up to the same number of tickets as in your original booking.
2. If you prefer, you can simply swap the date of your original booking for another date in the future.
3. Alternatively, you can simply cancel your booking.

 

For options 2 and 3, login to your booking to swap dates or refund.

 

If you've booked Superbloom-only tickets during 'late' slots

 

Unfortunately, we will not be able to run the evening slots during June but they will be available from July onwards.
1. Please swap the date of your original booking for another date in the future.
2. Alternatively, you can simply cancel your booking.

If you've booked for the member preview day on 31 May

 

1. 1. You can choose to keep your booking and visit us on 31 May as planned, then from 16 June onwards, you can book a return visit free of charge. Simply choose Superbloom-only or Superbloom +Tower of London tickets, select the date and time of your visit and then enter your original booking reference number into the promotion code field. (Please note, for these free tickets you do not need to enter your membership number in the promotion code field, just your original booking reference number). This will then reveal your option to book free of charge tickets. You can book up to the same number of tickets as in your original booking.
2. Alternatively, you can simply cancel your booking.
For option 2, login to your booking if you want to cancel your tickets. If you keep your booking, HRP will email you a reminder when your free return visit tickets are available.

 

If you've booked free of charge Public Viewing Path tickets

 

1. Simply swap the date of your original booking for another date in the future.
2. Alternatively, you can simply book another free of charge viewing path ticket for later in the run
