If you selected postal tickets these will be sent to you as soon as possible but may not be received until the week of the event. Once your order has been despatched you will be notified via email. If you do not receive your tickets two working days before the event please manage your order and click Request replacement tickets, if this button does not appear please contact our customer service team via the contact form which can be found at the bottom of the page.
If you selected print-at-home tickets, you can download these within your confirmation email. Otherwise you can download your tickets from our website by here.
