The vast majority of our tickets are generally despatched 2 weeks before the event. We are not able to send the tickets to you earlier unfortunately. Once your order has been despatched you will be notified via email.
If you do not receive your tickets two working days before the event please track your order and click REQUEST REPLACEMENT TICKET, if this button does not appear please contact our customer service team via the contact form which can be found at the bottom of the page.
If you are travelling from overseas to an event and you haven't received your tickets, please be sure to contact us before you are due to travel.
