When will my tickets be despatched?

Physical tickets will be sent to the postal address used to make the booking, 2 weeks before the event date.

 

If you do not receive your tickets 5 working days before the event please manage your order and click REQUEST REPLACEMENT TICKET, if this button does not appear please contact our customer service team via the contact form which can be found at the bottom of the page.

 

If you are travelling from overseas to an event and you haven't received your tickets, please be sure to contact us before you are due to travel.
