My tickets have not arrived in the post.

Tickets may not arrive until the week of the event. If you do not receive your tickets two working days before the event please track your order and click Request replacement tickets, if this button does not appear please contact our customer service team via the contact form which can be found at the bottom of the page to see if this can be arranged.

 

If you have been informed that your tickets are for Box Office Collection then please take your booking reference number, the card that you booked with and another form of ID. If you no longer have the card that you booked with please take along photo ID.
