I have purchased the incorrect tickets, can I have a refund?

Tickets cannot be refunded. If the date you are planning to attend is more than 5 days away, you can exchange your tickets for a more suitable date or time, subject to availability. If your event date is less than 5 days away, an exchange is not possible.

 

The easiest way to request a change to your date is via our online customer services portal here.

 

You will need your booking reference and either your postcode or last 4 digits of the card you ordered with in order to access your booking. Then from there you can amend the booking to a date and time of your choosing, subject to availability of tickets on those dates.

 

If you no longer require your tickets, you may also be eligible to re-list your tickets for resale via SEE Tickets’ official Fan to Fan service.
