If your visit is less than 48 hours away please contact us straight away here to discuss your options with our customer service team. If the date/time of your visit has passed we will not be able to issue an exchange or refund unfortunately.
Please note if you have complimentary tickets of any kind (e.g. members tickets, healthcare worker tickets) you can log in to your order here and cancel your booking yourself. You can then make another booking for a new date here if you wish.
