Tickets are strictly non refundable or transferable unless the festival changes date or cancels.

If you no longer need your tickets, they can be sold via See Tickets official Fan-to-Fan resale marketplace. This is the only permitted method for selling any unwanted tickets and we reserve the right to cancel any tickets being advertised for resale on other platforms.

(Please note, See Tickets’ policy is that they withhold payment to the seller until 5 days after the event to give the buyer time to raise any disputes. This is something we have no control over.)
