Unfortunately we are unable to offer exchanges or refunds once tickets have been purchased. It is noted on the website and at the point of booking that you need to make sure that you have chosen the right date and time slot at the time of making your booking.

You are welcome to pass any unwanted tickets on to friends or family if you cannot attend.
