How do I upgrade my tickets?

Tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

 

However, if you have purchased TicketPlan Refund Protection with your ticket and you are unable to attend this event due to accidents, unexpected illnesses, or specified unforeseen circumstances, you can apply for a refund. See TicketPlan’s Terms and Conditions here. 

 

If you have not purchased Refund protection with your ticket, and you feel unwell before your visit, please get in touch with us as soon as possible on frieze.seetickets.com/customerservice before your visit. No refunds will be issued for no-shows if we haven't been notified in advance
