If you would like a refund on part of your order, simply make your request by emailing our team when you track your order and state exactly which tickets you would like cancelling.

You will get a full refund if you cancel up to 48 hours before your visit.

If you need to cancel within 48 hours of your visit, you may not get a refund. So, we suggest you add-on Refund Protection when buying your ticket.
