How does a guest claim their personalised E-Ticket?

If you have been assigned a ticket, you will receive an email inviting you to claim 'claim your ticket'.

 

Click the link in the email and follow the on-screen instructions to confirm your details, such as name and DOB if the event is age restricted.

 

Once you have confirmed the relevant information you will receive a further email to confirm your ticket has been claimed successfully as well as information on when the ticket will be released.
