What happens if my personalised tickets are not claimed?

If you do not assign your tickets to each attendee in advance, any unallocated tickets on the order will revert to the lead bookers details. This means that every ticketholder on the order will need to arrive together with the lead booker to be able to enter the event if names on tickets must match the attendees ID.

 

Only entry tickets need to be assigned to each attendee - if you have purchased any add-ons these will automatically be released to the lead booker.
