Can I have a refund?

Tickets are strictly non-refundable. Tickets are not day specific and can be used on any weekday or weekend date, dependent on which type of ticket you have purchased.

 

If you have booked a weekday ticket and wish to change to a weekend ticket unfortunately we cannot amend your existing order. However, if you rebook your desired tickets, and submit your details here, your original booking will be refunded in full. No later than 48 hours before the booked date/time.

 

Please allow 2 working days for your refund to be actioned.
